Reviews and Ratings
Our family had an absolutely incredible time at the Springs Resort! We loved the breathtaking views, the variety of activities, and the wonderful hospitality. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, truly a luxury experience. The dining could use a bit more variety, but we found plenty of delicious options overall. One downside was the journey to and from the airport, but the scenic ride made it worthwhile.
The resort offers breathtaking views and great amenities, particularly the hot springs and pools. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited and the food pricing did not reflect the quality. Overall, I would love to return despite the food issues.
Our stay at the Springs Resort was truly memorable. The luxurious Honeymoon Suite boasted incredible views and spaciousness that made our time feel extra special. While the food and drink prices were slightly higher than local spots, everything was worth it for the quality. The range of activities and the beautiful hot springs were definite highlights, and the staff was genuinely welcoming, enhancing our experience. However, the cost of dining, especially breakfast, felt a bit steep for our family budget.
My stay at The Springs was like stepping into a rainforest paradise. The views of Arenal Volcano were mesmerizing, and the hot springs offered a serene retreat. The service felt personalized, making us feel at home, but some dining options could use improvement. Although the hotel had a majestic vibe, the rooms felt a bit outdated. Nonetheless, it was a fantastic experience overall.
My family and I just got back from a magical 5-night stay at this resort. The amenities like pools and mini-golf were fantastic, and the beautiful rainforest setting added a special touch. The staff made our experience unforgettable with their kindness and helpfulness. However, some areas could use a bit more organization, especially during busy times.
